How to download video from youtube
Go to this websites: (i prefer youtubex though those ads are very annoying)

save all those file as flash files by adding the extension .flv
Then get video converters to convert the flash files to your desired video extension
Currently, im using cinemaforge to convert the flash files. You can get it here

If you are a firefox user, get this addon:

Very convenient and easy to use. To download files from youtube, go to the video that you want to download, click on the arrow that is next to the three atom structure like thing, then click on the video name and save it.
The best part of this addon is that no converters are needed because you can directly add the extensions .avi etc rather than .flv
Saves you time that you gained from converting videos using those bulky softwares
Another cool feature of this addon is that it'll display a list of website you can download the videos from eg. youtube, google video
but that feature cease to exist in mine right now, their server probably gone haywire or something =/
