remember that you also need the megaupload toolbar installed like ElderKain posted in the first post.

get premium through happy hour
6. login into your account on MU
7. turn on proxy (click the button as showed in the screenshot above)
8. then go to http://www.megaupload.com or http://www.megaupload.com/premium/?happyhourSpoiler!

BTW, i suggest the usage of switcher proxy add on rather than the one provided in the post because i found it to be more convenient and easy to use.
